Mr. Benson Akorli has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASPI since 2004. Mr. Akorli has retired from active service with Ghana Telecom now known as Vodafone, and is involved in farming in Dzodze in the Volta region.
As a Telecommunications expert for over a decade, he was the Telecommunication and Technical Director of Ghana Telecom from 1995 – 2009.
He also managed Light FM radio, a local radio station at Aflao from 1996 – 2001. His expertise in management, quality control, and business generation is quite a valuable asset to ASPI. His interests lie in Malaria Education and Micro financing.
